Staten Island Half Marathon, October 15, 2006
On a cool sunday morning the final half marathon in the Grand Prix Series took place and Millrose was well represented.
On the men's side Nicholas Tunick was the first to cross in a time of 1:39:53. Next was Alfred Finger who was first in his age group (70-74) with a time of 1:40:21. Other participants included Bart Hopkins (1:39:43), Jerry Stolls (2:30:29) and Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) in a time of 2:42:07.

On the women's side Christine Tunick was the first to cross in a time of 1:41:42. Next was Marilyn Greeley Walsh who was first in her age group (60-64) with a time of 1:44:20. Other participants included Carol Johnston who was second in her age group (60-64) with a time of 1:46:42, Jillian Lazaridis (2:12:58), Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (70-74) in a time of 2:22:40 and Barbara Saldick (2:29:46).
