Brooklyn Half

Early Saturday morning, people headed out to Brooklyn for the first of the half-marathon series. Millrose was well represented.

On the men's side Mark Heller was the first to cross in a time of 1:20:45. Next to cross was Kenny Rosenberg with a time of 1:30:43. Other participants included Alfred Finger who was first in his age group (65-69) in a time of 1:32:19, Liam Malanaphy (1:41:03), Steven Forman (1:40:58), Stephen Gifford (1:51:25), Alpha Nickelberry (1:58:50), Domingo Nunez (2:05:23), Sab Koide who was first in his age group (75-79) with a time of 2:18:02, and Eugene Guthrie (2:54:07).

On the women's side Marilyn Greeley Walsh was the first to cross and first in her age group (55-59) in a time of 1:39:12. Next was Jacqueline Seltzer with a time of 1:53:45. Other participants included Carol Johnston (2:03:32), Margaret Stevens (2:06:39), and Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (65-69) in a time of 2:18:59.
