Cancer 4-Mile, March 22, 2009
On a cold windy morning, people headed to Central
Park for the Colon Cancer Challenge and Millrose
was well represented.
In the
4 Mile Race, on the
men's side William Stein who was third in his age group was the first to cross in a time of 50:33. Next was Sab Koide who was first in his age group (85-98) with a time of 51:40.
In the
4 Mile Race, on the
women's side Sharon Garfunkel who was first in her age group (65-69) was the first to cross in a time of 35:08. Next was Bonnie Dietrich who was second in her age group (65-69) with a time of 39:22. Other participants included Mary Spera (40:58), Noreen McManus (46:34) and Naomi Vogel (50:56).
