  Coogans Salsa Blues 5K, March 2, 2008
On a cold sunday morning, people headed up to Washington Heights for the 10th Annual Coogans 5K and Millrose
was well represented.
On the
men's side Patrick Gaughan was the first to cross in a time of 19:39.
Next was John Frankfurt with a time of 23:28. Other participants
included David Frankfurt (24:18), Neil Cook (28:48), Joseph Burns who
was second in his age group (75-79) with a time of 29:44, Jerry Stolls
(33:39) and
Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) in a
time of 35:51.
On the
women's side Kerry Monahan was the first to cross in a time of 22:38.
Next was Stephanie Ogden (running her first race as a millrose member)
with a time of 22:59. Other participants included Mary Spera (30:05)
and Naomi Vogel who was third in her age group (70-74) with a time of
36:08.
