  Coogans Salsa Blues 5K, March 1, 2009
On a cold sunday morning, people headed up to Washington Heights for the 11th Annual Coogans 5K and Millrose
was well represented.
On the
men's side John Frankfurt was the first to cross in a time of 21:37. Next was Liam Malanaphy with a time of 22:10. Other participants included Norb Sander (23:13),
Stephen Gardmer (23:36), Bart Hopkins (23:46), David Frankfurt (25:23), Neil Cook (29:29), Jerry Stolls (37:58) and Sab Koide who was first in his age group (85-89) in a time of 44:42.
On the
women's side Lisa Stone was the first to cross in a time of 23:47. Next was Marilyn Greeley Walsh who was first in her age group (65-69) with a time of 24:19. Other participants included Laurie Baker who was second in her age group (65-69) in a time of 26:44, Sharon Garfunkel (28:34), Liane Montesa (29:01), Bonnie Dietrich (30:41), Jillian Lazaridis (31:17), Mary Spera (31:50), Naomi Vogel (43:29) and Arlene Eneman (44:58).
