   Empire St. Run Up, Februay 6, 2007It was the annual running up the Empire State
Building, and once again a millrose member shone brightly Brian Adler was the first to finish in a time of
20:13. Next was Al Puma who was first in his age group (75-79) with a
time of 27:16.
