  NYRR Father's Day 5M, June 21, 2009
On an humid, rainy sunday morning people headed to the park for the NYRR Father's Day race and Millrose was well represented.
On the
men's side Merritt Knox was the first to cross in a time of 32:46. Next was Liam Malanaphy with a time of 35:28. Other participants included Bart Hopkins (38:10), David Frankfurt (43:50), Michael Frankfurt (56:51), Jack Haar who was first in his age group (80-84) in a time of 1:00:15 and Sab Koide who was second in his age group (85-89) with a time of 1:07:17.
On the
women's side Laurie Baker who the first to cross was first in her age group (65-69) was the first to cross in a time of 43:28. Next was Carol Johnston who was second in her age group (65-69) with a time of 45:30. Other participants included Ruth Liebowitz who was third in her age group (65-69) in a time of 47:40, Esther Light (47:55), and Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (70-74) in a time of 1:04:30.
