  Gridiron Classic, February 05, 2006
On super bowl sunday, people headed out to the park for the annual Gridirion Classic, and Millrose was well represented.
On the men's side Alfred Finger, who was first in his age group (70-74) was the first to cross in a time of 28:28. Next was David Toberisky with a time of 28:31. Other participants included
Robert Sutton (30:09), Kenneth Jones who was first in his age group (75-79) in a time of 33:25, William Fortune who was second in his age group (75-79) with a time of 34:22, Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) in a time of 41:39, Jerry Stolls (41:53),
William Stein (47:23), and John McManus who was second in his age group (80-84) with a time of 48:53.
On the women's side Susan Sykes was the first to cross in a time of 27:34. Next was Christine Tunick with a time of 28:43. Other participants included Lisa Bergtraum (30:00), Laurie Baker (36:05),
Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (70-74) in a time of 43:23, Bonnie Dietrich (42:57), and Arlene Eneman (57:43).
