On a frigid super bowl sunday, people headed out
to
the park for gridiron classic, and Millrose was
well
represented.
On the
men's side Kenneth Jones who was first in his age group (75-79) was the
first to cross in a time of 35:08. Next was Neil Cook with a time of
(38:03).
Other pariticpants included Dave Obelkevick (38:43) and Sab Koide who
was third in his age group (80-84)
with a time of 56:19.
On the
women's side Suzanne Turner was the first to cross in a time of 32:19.
Next was Laurie Baker with a time of 33:51.
Other participants included Mary Cody (34:21), Sharon Garfunkel
(35:01), Ruth Liebowitz (35:51), Bonnie Dietrich (37:49), Mary Spera
(38:16),
Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (70-74) with a time of
42:57, Esther Light (10:52) and Arlene Eneman who was third in her age
group (70-74) in a time of
56:19.
