  Gridiron 5K, February 6, 2005
On a warm winters day, people headed out to the park for the Gridiron 5K and Millrose was well represented.
On the men's side William Schaaf was the first to cross in a time of 18:16. Next was Alan Dule with a time of 19:28. Other participants included Alfred Finger who was first in his age group (70-74) in a time of 21:38, Robert Sutton (23:16),
William Fortune who was first in his age group (75-79) with a time of 24:40, Paul Kaplan (25:12), Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) in a time of 31:23, John McManus who was second in his age group (80-84) with a time of 32:35 and
Neil Cook (32:44).
On the women's side Susan Sykes was the first to cross in a time of 21:33. Next was Lisa Stone Saghie with a time of 22:32. Other participants included Laurie Baker who was second in her age group (60-64) in a time of 26:10, Sharon Garfunkel who was third in her age group (60-64) with a time of 26:05,
Joan Bondell who was second in her age group (65-69) with a time of 29:11, Marjorie Holt (28:03), Naomi Vogel who was third in her age group (65-69) in a time of 30:19, and
Mary Spera (30:27).
