Our workouts are being switched to 103-105th street track in Central Park on the west side. The track is hidden, if you would like to join us for the speed workouts, please let me know. Every Tuesday's at 5:45 pm. Hope to see some of you there..

1. Riverdale Ramble – 33rd Annual -The oldest road race in the Bronx. 10k (6.2 miles) June 5, 9 a.m. Special invitation to young people and a new special category for Firemen and Police Department competitors. The first 300 entrants will receive a technical shirt. The Course: Through the leafy suburban streets of Riverdale with views of the Hudson/Palisades. Start/finish near 231st subway station on the 1 line details TBC on-line. Registration at http://vctconline.ning.com/page/races-group-runs
