Poland Spring Marathon Kickoff Oct 31, 2004

On a beautiful sunday people headed out to the park for the Poland Spring Marathon Kickoff and Millrose was well represented.

On the men's side Alan Dule was the first to cross in a time of 31:46. Next was Guido Aren with a time of 35:26. Other participants included William Fortune who was first in his age group (75-79) in a time of 41:16, Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) with a time of 50:50, John McManus who was second in his age group (80-84) in a time of 50:42, Norman Zinker (51:54), Neil Cook (59:18), Eugene Guthrie (1:06:59) and Albert Puma (1:09:21).

On the women's side Carol Johnston who was first in her age group (60-64) was the first to cross in a time of 38:06. Next was Sharon Garfunkel who was third in her age group (60-64) with a time of 43:04. Other participants included Joan Bondell who was third in her age group (65-69) in a time of 47:46, Naomi Vogel (48:25), Jillian Lazaridis (47:35), Bonnie Dietrich (56:20), and Jill Biddington (59:53).
