Fred Lebow X-Country 5K:
On a great day for running, people headed out
to Van Cortland for the Fred Lebow 5K. There were some strong performances: Fernando Castillo came in first in his age group(45-49) with a time of 20:29. Michael Wilson came in second in his age group (55-59) with a time of 23:27, and John McManus came in first in his age group (75-79) with a time of 28:31. Other participants were William Hart with a time of 23:06.
