On a warm sunday morning, people headed out to the park for the first half marathon of the winter season, and Millrose was well represented.
On the men's side Alfred Finger, who was first in his age group (70-74) was the first to cross in a time of 1:39:35. Next was Guido Aren with a time of 1:42:26. Other participants included
William Schaaf (1:45:08), Bart Hopkins (1:44:17), Andrew Udis (2:06:38) and Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) with a time of 2:59:29.
On the women's side Laurie Baker who was third in her age group (60-64) was the first to cross in a time of 1:57:37. Next was Jill Biddington with a time of 2:07:53.
