Half Marathon, January 21, 2007
On a cold sunday morning, people headed out to
the park for the first race in the grand prix series, and Millrose was
well
represented.
On the men's side Alfred Finger who was first in
his age group (70-74) was the first to cross in a time of 1:44:21. Next
was Bart Hopkins with a time of
1:50:14. Other participants included Andrew Udis (1:55:35), Jerry
Stolls (2:47:16) and Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84)
with a time of 2:51:41.
On the
women's side Laurie Baker was the first to cross in a time of 2:00:02.
Next was Ruth Liebowitz with a time of 2:03:28.
Other participants included Barbara Saldick (2:11:45), Jill Biddington
(2:16:19), Jillian Lazaridis (2:16:44), Naomi Vogel who was first in
her
age group (70-74) with a time of 2:30:10, and Arlene Eneman (3:11:01).
