There was a deep field in Sunday's 5k race in Yorktown Heights, not only because it was a NYRRC scoring race but also a money race. The sepctacular Millrose vet women again finished first, picking up 15 points. Carol Gellman led the vet, followed by Flora Flores and Marjorie Kos. Check out a picture of the winners
Riverdale Ramble 10K:
Also this past Sunday was the Riverdale Ramble, a hilly and challening course. Millrose master Meg Holt making a terrific comback after a 6-month layoff, picked up some hardware by placing second in her division(40-44)
