On an rainy saturday morning people headed to the park for the Central Park Challenge and Millrose was well represented.
On the
men's side Merritt Knox who was running his first race as a memeber of
Millrose was the first to cross in a time of 31:48. Next was Robert
Sutton with a time of 36:36. Other participants included Guido Aren
(36:58), John Frankfurt (38:12), Neil Cook (49:45), Michael Frankfurt
(51:42) Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) in a time of
1:00:14 and William Stein who was third in his age group with a time of
1:02:15.
On the
women's side Marilyn Greeley Walsh who was first in her age group
(60-64) was the firs to cross in a time of 39:26. Next was Ruth
Liebowitz who was third in her age group (65-69) with a time of 47:05.
Other participants included Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group
(70-74) in a time of 57:07 and Arlene Eneman (1:13:37).
