Niketown Run for the Parks April 18, 2004

On a warm sunny day people headed out for the annual Niketown run for the Parks and Millrose was well represented.

On the men's side Guido Aren was the first to cross in a time of 28:34. Next was Michael Frankfurt with a time of 36:00. Other participants included Jerry Stolls who was third in his age group (70-74) in a time of 37:03, Sab Koide who was 1st in his age group (80-84) with a time of 37:55, Norman Zinker (37:23), Jack Haar who was first in his age group (74-79) in a time of 38:09, John McManus who was second in his age group (80-84) with a time of 38:54, and Albert Puma (1:03:57).

On the women's side Ann Makoske who was first in her age group (55-59) was the first to cross in a time of 28:56. Next was Laurie Baker who was second in her age group (60-64) with a time of 33:27. Other participants included Bonnie Dietrich (33:45), Nancy Youngbeck (35:55), Sharon Garfunkel (36:23), Naomi Vogel who was third in her age group (64-69) in a time of 37:34, Joan Bondell (37:46), and Pamela Guthrie (1:01:02).
