PowerBar 20 Mile Run/Relay
On a lovely Sunday morning individuals and teams headed to the park to particiapte in the Power Bar 20 Mile Run and Relay. Millrose was well represented.
In the 20 Mile Individuals, Mark Heller was the first to cross in a time of 2:10:29. Next was Moses Sawney with a time of 2:19:12. Other particpants included Alfred Finger who was fist in his age group (65-69) in a time of 2:35:13, Naomi Vogel
who was first in her age group (65-69) with a time of 3:37:30 and Sab Koide who was first in his age group (75-79) in a time of 3:43:19.
In the Relay the team of Amy Bahrt (43:06), Sandra Powers (35:32), Marilyn Greeley Walsh (36:13) and Carol Gellman (41:55), participated.
