Snowflake 4 Miler
On a cold Saturday morning, people headed to the park for the Snowflak 4M. The mens race went off first, followed by the women. Millrose was well represented.
In the mens race David Frankfurt was the first to cross in a time of 28:59. Joseph Puglisi was the next to cross with a time of 32:13. Other participants included Michael Frankfurt (33:17), Robert Kwit (36:20), Sab Koide who was first in his age group (75-79) with a time of 36:22, Norman Zinker (38:45), Richard Shaffer (41:06), Brian Adler (43:52), Eugene Guthrie (48:12), and Wallace Cutler (54:22).
In the women's race Marilyn Greeley Walsh was the first to cross and was second in her age group (55-59) with a time of 29:06. Next to cross was Jacqueline Seltzer in a time of 29:58. Other participants included Joan Bondell who was third in her age group (60-64) with a time of 35:05, Nancy Youngbeck (35:45), Sharon Garfunkel (36:50), and Naomi Vogel who was second in her age group (65-89) with a time of 36:45.
