L'Oreal Twosome 10K/2M:
It was a beautiful day for a race. This past Saturday we had some strong
showings in both the 10K and 2M.
In the 10K, Michael Frankfurt and his partner Laurie Baker won their age group (120-139) with a time of combined 1:42:12. David Frankfurt and
his partner Flora Flores came in 9th in their age group with a combined time of 1:35:52. On the team side, here are how the Millrose men fared:
Mark Heller was the first Millrose man to cross the finish with a time of 36:24, he was followed by Jake LaSala; 42:02, then Steve Forman; 46:08;
with David Frankfurt and Michael Frankfurt (47:29 & 50:32) rounding out the top five.
On the women's side Sandra Powers led the way with a time 44:04, she was followed by Flora Flores, who also won her age group (50-54); 48:23, Laurie Baker was next
at 51:40, and finally Namoi Vogele, who was second in her age group (60-64) 57:17
In the 2M Jerzy Maczynski; 11:13 was the first Millrose man, and Edith Jones; 15:57 was the first Millrose woman.
