NYRRC Cross Country Championships
On a cool, fall day people headed to Van Cortland for the Cross Country Championships. Millrose was well represented.
In the men's race Thomas Buffolano was the first to cross in a time of 19:12. Next was Daniel Gonzalez with a time of 19:42. Other participants included Claude Meliarenne (21:51), Patrick Santique (23:48), Michael Wilson (24:31), David Frankfurt (25:57), Jerry Stolls who was second in his age group (70-74) in a time of 28:29, Sab Koide who was first in his age group (80-84) with a time of 29:34, Michael Frankfurt (29:37) and John McManus who was second in his age group (80-84) in a time of 31:24.
In the women's race Lisa Donlan was the first to cross in a time of 22:49. Next was Joan Bondell who was first in her age group (65-69) with a time of 29:17. Other participants included Barbara Saldick who was second in her age group (50-54) in a time of 29:18.
