Bookvip 99 Cancun – Review 2022-3

Invest less, travel more … right?! If you like to make your vacation travel dollar stretch, then like us, you may find yourself considering a vacation package marketing offer. Know that these advertising getaway plan business are not at all equivalent.

After the let down of our recent stay at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I simply left the phone from trying to book the rest of our holiday bundle with them (some time in Florida). Let’s simply state that will not be happening. We are just going to forget and eat the cost about it.

From here on out, we will be booking vacation bundles through BookVIP. Here’s why …

Certainly, you’ve seen the Facebook sponsored posts. If you click over to their site, you will see that it has lots of the cheapest trip bundles to some of the most popular destinations. They have some seriously glamorous looking stays all over the world at some crazy good costs.

Our very first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was fantastic. Possibly the Dreams spoiled us.

One fast note … We have actually only used BookVIP one time, at one high-end resort in Cancun. Reasoning informs me that not every resort getaway bundle is going to offer a comparable experience. It really is all going to come down to the research you put in.

They do not market the actual name of the resorts. If you truly desire to sleuth out the place you will be staying a bit of investigative work on Google to match up the images will reveal the true identity of the residential or commercial property you are considering. There was plenty of info on the BookVIP website to assist us feel comfortable with making our reservation.

What we love about scheduling with BookVIP? You are on your own schedule. No sales calls, no pressure. When you have done your research study and you are prepared, schedule. You will know what you are getting. You understand ahead of time if the dates you want to travel are readily available. There is time to compare the facilities and restaurants. This is a huge contrast to the advertising holiday plan sales calls I will speak about in the next area.

When you are all set to make your reservation with BookVIP, just be prepared for a few extra resort charges and taxes. In our case, part of the additional charge was to cover ideas for the resort personnel.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip 99 Cancun
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the very best. We really likely would not have taken part in another advertising deal if this had actually been our first experience. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our first advertising resort stay, we started getting phone calls providing vacation bundles to different locations. That is how we ended up with a trip bundle including our most recent Cancun all inclusive plus a couple brief stays in Florida and elsewhere.

These travel sales calls are always a high-pressure situation unless you just hang up. Say no enough times and they will keep dropping the cost to where it in fact seems like a bargain. If they record your interest and you decide to purchase, it is needed that you do so prior to the end of the phone call. There isn’t much time to research the holiday residential or commercial properties they are offering. You might have a couple of seconds to quickly bring up some pictures however that is about it. A photo deserves a thousand words, however unworthy nearly as much as having the ability to check out a couple of evaluations.

They drew us in with a remain in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the proximity to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hi, sailboat shopping!). We pulled the trigger and bought a bundle. But utilizing it, that is a whole different story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it simple to actually utilize the vacation time. There is a lot of fine print that makes travel preparation extremely challenging and possibly a lot more pricey. They do not expose these information throughout the sales call.

IF YOU BUY A TRIP PLAN WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS, THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR …
You can just reserve your dates 45-90 days ahead of time. Okay, fair enough.

However, when you call to ask for your preferred dates, they need you to complete a long form needing all the information that they currently have. You then have to wait about a week to see if your dates are even readily available. Unless your travel plans will only consist of your remain at their resort, this makes preparing the rest of your travel very bothersome.

Planning economical flights, or available Airbnb stays in combination with your Premier Travel Resorts getaway plan is really difficult. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to stay at after our stay at the resort was reserved by the time Premier Travel Resorts got back to us.

Our bundle included a remain in Orlando and a remain in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts requires that those stays be back to back or thirty days apart. So, in our case, using them on either end of a service trip we had prepared was not permitted.

We utilized the Cancun portion of our vacation plan, however we won’t be utilizing the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
The space was dirty, the toilet was chipped, the lights flickered, which is simply the beginning. You see, they put us up, not in among the high-end properties that they wanted to sell us on, but rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the guys at the nice property told us they called it. Genuine.

Now, to be fair, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one dining establishment that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you neglect the air conditioning unit leaking into our food) was in fact a good experience. They altered the menu every night, including foods from different parts of Mexico. And the personnel was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. And really ready to assist us with our Spanish.

Once over the shock of the distinction in the type of location we thought we would be remaining, we took advantage of it. We met some great people. Consumed some fantastic food. Took some good walks on the golf course. And got our rental car a couple days early to go off and explore the location.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts need that you participate in a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their discounted costs. No biggie. We seem like that is worth it.

Premier Travel Resorts, nevertheless, needs that you attend an advertising discussion throughout each stay. This is different from what we were informed when they sold us the plan. When you are remaining somewhere for only two nights is a big piece of time, a two-hour sales pitch. They offered us 4 various stays, that indicates approximately eight hours of moderately high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY TIRADE
