Bookvip Grand Park Royal Cancun – Review 2022-3

Spend less, travel more … right?! If you like to make your holiday travel dollar stretch, then like us, you may discover yourself thinking about a holiday plan promotional offer. Know that these marketing vacation plan companies are not at all equivalent.

After the let down of our current remain at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I simply got off the phone from trying to book the rest of our trip package with them (some time in Florida). Let’s simply state that will not be taking place. We are just going to eat the expense and forget about it.

From here on out, we will be reserving holiday plans through BookVIP. Here’s why …

Undoubtedly, you have actually seen the Facebook sponsored posts. If you click over to their website, you will see that it has plenty of the most affordable trip bundles to a few of the most popular locations. They have some seriously elegant looking stays all over the world at some insane good rates.

Our first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was fantastic. Possibly the Dreams ruined us.

One fast note … We have only utilized BookVIP one time, at one luxury resort in Cancun. Reasoning informs me that not every resort getaway bundle is going to provide a similar experience. It truly is all going to come down to the research you put in.

Researching the properties offered on BookVIP can be a bit of a difficulty. They do not promote the real name of the resorts. Instead, they use phony names. However if you really want to sleuth out the location you will be staying a little bit of investigative deal with Google to match up the pictures will reveal the true identity of the home you are thinking about. We didn’t trouble going that far. There was lots of info on the BookVIP site to assist us feel comfy with making our booking.

You know ahead of time if the dates you want to travel are available. There is time to compare the facilities and dining establishments. This is a big contrast to the advertising holiday bundle sales calls I will talk about in the next area.

Just be prepared for a couple of additional resort charges and taxes when you are prepared to make your booking with BookVIP. Our $599 for 5 days/4 nights at a Cancun all inclusive cost around $720 after everything was stated and done. In our case, part of the added fee was to cover ideas for the resort staff. After the experience we had, we discovered this to be well worth it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip Grand Park Royal Cancun
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the very best. If this had actually been our first experience, we most likely would not have actually participated in another promotional deal. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our very first marketing resort stay, we began getting telephone call providing holiday plans to various destinations. That is how we ended up with a getaway package including our most recent Cancun all inclusive plus a couple brief remain in Florida and somewhere else.

These travel sales calls are always a high-pressure circumstance unless you simply hang up. State no adequate times and they will keep dropping the rate to where it actually sounds like a good offer. There isn’t much time to research the getaway homes they are using.

They drew us in with a remain in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the distance to Belize) and some time in Florida (hey there, sailboat shopping!). We pulled the trigger and bought a plan. However utilizing it, that is an entire different story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it easy to really use the trip time. There is a great deal of small print that makes travel planning really challenging and potentially a lot more expensive. They don’t expose these details during the sales call.

THIS IS WHAT YOU MUST BE PREPARED FOR …
You can only just your dates 45-90 days ahead of time if YOU PURCHASE A HOLIDAY PACKAGE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS. Okay, reasonable enough.

Nevertheless, when you call to request your favored dates, they need you to complete a long form requiring all the information that they already have. You then need to wait about a week to see if your dates are even offered. Unless your travel plans will only consist of your remain at their resort, this makes planning the rest of your travel extremely troublesome.

Planning affordable flights, or available Airbnb remains in conjunction with your Premier Travel Resorts holiday plan is really hard. In our case, the Airbnb we wished to remain at after our stay at the resort was reserved by the time Premier Travel Resorts got back to us.

Our package included a remain in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts requires that those stays be back to back or thirty days apart. In our case, using them on either end of a company trip we had actually planned was not allowed.

We used the Cancun portion of our vacation bundle, but we won’t be using the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
The room was dirty, the toilet was chipped, the lights flickered, which is just the beginning. You see, they put us up, not in one of the luxury residential or commercial properties that they wished to offer us on, but rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the guys at the good property told us they called it. For real.

The one restaurant that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you neglect the air conditioner dripping into our food) was in fact a nice experience. They changed up the menu every night, featuring foods from different parts of Mexico. And really willing to help us with our Spanish.

Twice the shock of the difference in the type of place we thought we would be staying, we maximized it. We met some good individuals. Consumed some fantastic food. Took some nice walks on the golf course. And picked up our rental car a couple days early to go off and explore the location.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts require that you attend a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their discounted costs. No biggie. We seem like that deserves it.

Premier Travel Resorts, nevertheless, requires that you go to a marketing presentation during each stay. When they offered us the plan, this is different from what we were told. When you are staying someplace for just 2 nights is a big chunk of time, a two-hour sales pitch. They sold us 4 different stays, that indicates up to 8 hours of reasonably high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY RANT
