Bookvip Miami – Review 2022-3

Invest less, travel more … right?! If you like to make your getaway travel dollar stretch, then like us, you may discover yourself thinking about a getaway plan promotional deal. Know that these advertising getaway bundle companies are not at all equal.

After the pulled down of our current stay at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I simply got off the phone from attempting to book the rest of our trip plan with them (some time in Florida). Let’s simply say that will not be taking place. We are just going to eat the expense and forget about it.

From here on out, we will be booking getaway plans through BookVIP. Here’s why …

Undoubtedly, you’ve seen the Facebook sponsored posts. You will see that it is complete of the cheapest holiday bundles to some of the most popular locations if you click over to their website. They have some seriously elegant looking stays all over the world at some insane good rates.

Our first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was remarkable. Maybe the Dreams ruined us. This location was off-hook. It was everything we had wished for and then some.

One fast note … We have actually only used BookVIP one time, at one high-end resort in Cancun. Logic informs me that not every resort holiday package is going to supply a similar experience. It actually is all going to come down to the research you put in.

Investigating the residential or commercial properties provided on BookVIP can be a bit of a challenge. They don’t promote the real name of the resorts. Instead, they use phony names. However if you truly want to sleuth out the location you will be remaining a bit of investigative deal with Google to match up the photos will expose the true identity of the home you are thinking about. We didn’t bother going that far. There was plenty of information on the BookVIP website to assist us feel comfortable with making our appointment.

What we love about booking with BookVIP? You are on your own schedule. No sales calls, no pressure. Book when you have done your research study and you are ready. You will know what you are getting. You know ahead of time if the dates you wish to take a trip are readily available. There is time to compare the dining establishments and facilities. This is a big contrast to the advertising holiday plan sales calls I will discuss in the next area.

When you are ready to make your reservation with BookVIP, just be gotten ready for a few additional resort costs and taxes. Our $599 for 5 days/4 nights at a Cancun all inclusive cost around $720 after whatever was said and done. In our case, part of the surcharge was to cover tips for the resort staff. After the experience we had, we found this to be well worth it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip Miami
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the very best. We really likely would not have taken part in another promotional deal if this had actually been our very first experience. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our very first advertising resort stay, we started getting telephone call providing vacation packages to numerous destinations. That is how we ended up with a trip plan including our latest Cancun all inclusive plus a couple short remain in Florida and somewhere else.

These travel sales calls are always a high-pressure scenario unless you simply hang up. Say no enough times and they will keep dropping the rate to where it actually sounds like a bargain. It is needed that you do so prior to the end of the phone call if they record your interest and you decide to buy. There isn’t much time to investigate the vacation homes they are providing. You might have a few seconds to rapidly bring up some pictures but that is about it. A picture deserves a thousand words, however not worth nearly as much as being able to check out a couple of reviews.

They drew us in with a stay in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the distance to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hello, sailboat shopping!). So we shot and bought a plan. Utilizing it, that is a whole different story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it easy to really use the getaway time. There is a great deal of small print that makes travel planning very hard and potentially a lot more pricey. They don’t reveal these details during the sales call.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR …
You can only reserve book dates 45-90 days ahead of time if YOU ACQUIRE A HOLIDAY BUNDLE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS. Okay, reasonable enough.

When you call to ask for your favored dates, they require you to fill out a long type requiring all the details that they currently have. You then have to wait about a week to see if your dates are even available. Unless your itinerary will just consist of your stay at their resort, this makes planning the rest of your travel extremely bothersome.

Preparation budget-friendly flights, or readily available Airbnb remains in conjunction with your Premier Travel Resorts getaway bundle is extremely hard. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to stay at after our stay at the resort was scheduled by the time Premier Travel Resorts returned to us.

Our bundle included a remain in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts requires that those stays be back to back or thirty days apart. So, in our case, utilizing them on either end of a business journey we had prepared was not enabled.

We used the Cancun portion of our getaway plan, but we will not be using the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
You see, they put us up, not in one of the luxury residential or commercial properties that they wanted to sell us on, but rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the men at the good property told us they called it.

Now, to be fair, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one restaurant that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you ignore the a/c dripping into our food) was actually a good experience. They changed up the menu every night, featuring foods from different parts of Mexico. And the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. And really going to assist us with our Spanish.

As soon as over the shock of the difference in the kind of location we believed we would be staying, we made the most of it. And selected up our rental cars and truck a couple days early to go off and explore the location.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts need that you attend a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their reduced costs. No biggie. We feel like that is worth it.

Premier Travel Resorts, however, requires that you participate in a promotional discussion during each stay. When they sold us the bundle, this is different from what we were told. When you are staying someplace for only 2 nights is a substantial chunk of time, a two-hour sales pitch. They offered us 4 various stays, that means up to eight hours of moderately high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY RANT
