Bookvip Timeshare Scam – Review 2022-3

We are bargain hunters. Spend less, travel more … right?!Bookvip Timeshare Scam… If you like to make your vacation travel dollar stretch, then like us, you might find yourself considering a trip plan marketing offer. But you must be prepared. Know that these promotional vacation bundle companies are not at all equal.

After the pulled down of our recent stay at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I just got off the phone from trying to reserve the rest of our holiday plan with them (a long time in Florida). Let’s simply say that will not be occurring. We are just going to forget and consume the expense about it.

From here on out, we will be booking trip plans through BookVIP. If you click over to their website, you will see that it is full of the most inexpensive getaway bundles to some of the most popular destinations.

Our very first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was remarkable. Maybe the Dreams ruined us.

One quick note … We have actually just used BookVIP one time, at one luxury resort in Cancun. Reasoning tells me that not every resort holiday bundle is going to provide a comparable experience. It truly is all going to come down to the research you put in.

They don’t promote the actual name of the resorts. If you really want to sleuth out the location you will be staying a bit of investigative work on Google to match up the pictures will expose the real identity of the property you are thinking about. There was plenty of details on the BookVIP site to assist us feel comfy with making our appointment.

You understand ahead of time if the dates you want to travel are readily available. There is time to compare the amenities and restaurants. This is a huge contrast to the advertising vacation bundle sales calls I will talk about in the next section.

When you are prepared to make your appointment with BookVIP, just be prepared for a few extra resort charges and taxes. In our case, part of the extra charge was to cover tips for the resort personnel.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip Timeshare Scam
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the best. We really likely would not have actually participated in another marketing deal if this had been our first experience. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our first marketing resort stay, we began getting call using getaway plans to different destinations. That is how we wound up with a getaway plan including our newest Cancun all inclusive plus a couple brief remain in Florida and elsewhere.

These travel sales calls are always a high-pressure circumstance unless you just hang up. Say no enough times and they will keep dropping the price to where it actually sounds like a bargain. If they record your interest and you decide to purchase, it is needed that you do so before completion of the telephone call. There isn’t much time to investigate the vacation homes they are using. You might have a few seconds to rapidly bring up some pictures however that has to do with it. A picture is worth a thousand words, however unworthy almost as much as being able to check out a few evaluations.

They drew us in with a stay in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the distance to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hi, sailboat shopping!). We pulled the trigger and bought a package. However using it, that is an entire different story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it easy to in fact use the vacation time. There is a great deal of small print that makes travel planning very challenging and potentially a lot more pricey. They do not expose these information during the sales call.

IF YOU ACQUIRE A TRIP BUNDLE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS, THIS IS WHAT YOU OUGHT TO BE PREPARED FOR …
You can only reserve your dates 45-90 days ahead of time. Okay, reasonable enough.

When you call to ask for your favored dates, they require you to fill out a long kind requiring all the information that they already have. You then have to wait about a week to see if your dates are even available. Unless your travel plans will just include your stay at their resort, this makes planning the rest of your travel extremely bothersome.

Preparation budget-friendly flights, or available Airbnb remains in combination with your Premier Travel Resorts getaway plan is really hard. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to stay at after our remain at the resort was scheduled by the time Premier Travel Resorts returned to us.

Our plan included a remain in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts needs that those stays be back to back or 30 days apart. So, in our case, utilizing them on either end of a company trip we had actually prepared was not enabled.

We used the Cancun part of our getaway plan, however we won’t be using the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
The space was filthy, the toilet was chipped, the lights flickered, which is just the start. You see, they put us up, not in among the luxury residential or commercial properties that they wished to sell us on, but rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the people at the nice home told us they called it. Genuine.

Now, to be reasonable, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one dining establishment that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you ignore the air conditioner dripping into our food) was really a nice experience. They changed up the menu every night, including foods from various parts of Mexico. And the staff was incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. And very ready to assist us with our Spanish.

When over the shock of the distinction in the kind of place we thought we would be staying, we made the many of it. And chose up our rental automobile a couple days early to go off and explore the area.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts require that you go to a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their affordable costs. No biggie. We seem like that deserves it.

Premier Travel Resorts, nevertheless, requires that you go to a marketing presentation during each stay. This is various from what we were informed when they offered us the package.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY TIRADE
