Jemar Tisby Bookvip – Review 2022-3

Invest less, take a trip more … right?! If you like to make your getaway travel dollar stretch, then like us, you may find yourself thinking about a getaway plan marketing deal. Know that these promotional vacation bundle business are not at all equivalent.

After the pulled down of our recent stay at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I simply left the phone from attempting to schedule the rest of our trip bundle with them (a long time in Florida). Let’s simply state that will not be happening. We are just going to forget and consume the cost about it.

From here on out, we will be scheduling getaway plans through BookVIP. Here’s why …

Certainly, you’ve seen the Facebook sponsored posts. You will see that it is full of the most inexpensive holiday plans to some of the most popular locations if you click over to their site. They have some seriously luxurious looking stays all over the world at some insane excellent costs.

Our first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was incredible. Possibly the Dreams spoiled us. This location was off-hook. It was whatever we had expected and after that some.

One quick note … We have actually just utilized BookVIP one time, at one high-end resort in Cancun. Reasoning tells me that not every resort trip plan is going to supply a similar experience. It really is all going to come down to the research you put in.

They don’t advertise the real name of the resorts. If you really desire to sleuth out the location you will be staying a bit of investigative work on Google to match up the photos will expose the real identity of the home you are thinking about. There was plenty of information on the BookVIP website to assist us feel comfortable with making our appointment.

You understand ahead of time if the dates you want to travel are offered. There is time to compare the dining establishments and amenities. This is a big contrast to the marketing trip package sales calls I will talk about in the next area.

When you are prepared to make your booking with BookVIP, simply be prepared for a couple of extra resort costs and taxes. In our case, part of the extra charge was to cover suggestions for the resort staff.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Jemar Tisby Bookvip
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the very best. If this had actually been our first experience, we most likely would not have participated in another promotional deal. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our first advertising resort stay, we started getting phone calls using vacation bundles to different locations. That is how we wound up with a holiday plan including our latest Cancun all inclusive plus a couple short stays in Florida and in other places.

These travel sales calls are always a high-pressure circumstance unless you simply hang up. Say no sufficient times and they will keep dropping the rate to where it actually sounds like a good offer. There isn’t much time to research the trip properties they are using.

They drew us in with a remain in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the proximity to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hey there, sailboat shopping!). We pulled the trigger and bought a package. Using it, that is a whole various story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it easy to in fact use the vacation time. There is a lot of fine print that makes travel planning extremely difficult and potentially a lot more expensive. They don’t reveal these details during the sales call.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR …
You can only reserve schedule dates 45-90 days ahead of time if YOU PURCHASE A GETAWAY PACKAGE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS. Okay, reasonable enough.

However, when you call to ask for your favored dates, they need you to complete a long form needing all the information that they already have. You then need to wait about a week to see if your dates are even offered. Unless your itinerary will just consist of your stay at their resort, this makes planning the rest of your travel extremely bothersome.

Planning cost effective flights, or readily available Airbnb stays in conjunction with your Premier Travel Resorts holiday package is very hard. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to stay at after our stay at the resort was scheduled by the time Premier Travel Resorts got back to us.

Our plan included a stay in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts requires that those stays be back to back or thirty days apart. So, in our case, utilizing them on either end of an organization trip we had prepared was not enabled.

We used the Cancun part of our vacation bundle, however we will not be utilizing the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
You see, they put us up, not in one of the high-end homes that they desired to offer us on, however rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the guys at the great property informed us they called it.

Now, to be fair, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one dining establishment that was consisted of in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you ignore the a/c unit leaking into our food) was really a nice experience. They altered the menu every night, including foods from various parts of Mexico. And the personnel was remarkable. Extremely friendly and accommodating. And extremely willing to assist us with our Spanish.

Once over the shock of the difference in the kind of place we thought we would be remaining, we made the most of it. And picked up our rental vehicle a couple days early to go off and check out the location.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts need that you go to a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their discounted costs. No biggie. We seem like that deserves it.

Premier Travel Resorts, however, needs that you participate in an advertising discussion throughout each stay. This is different from what we were informed when they offered us the bundle. When you are remaining someplace for only 2 nights is a big chunk of time, a two-hour sales pitch. They offered us 4 various stays, that suggests up to 8 hours of moderately high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY RANT
